Study on CD Like Construction Technology of Super Large Section Tunnel Excavation in Complex Environment

摘要:在超大断面隧道施工中,洞身开挖举足轻重,尤其在临近道路或建筑物、埋深浅、地质围岩情况较差等复杂环境中,科学合理的开挖方法,在保证施工安全的同时,能有效减少施工工期,降低工程成本,施工过程中通过监控量测对拱顶下沉、周边位移、拱架内外力、围岩压力、支护应力等进行实时监测,有力证明开挖方法切实可行,该方法的成功应用,不仅使隧道开挖比原计划提前20天.还节省工程成本约100万元,对类似隧道开挖提供极高借鉴价值。
Abstract: In the construction of super large cross-section tunnel, the excavation of tunnel bodly plays an impotant rmole, especially inthe complex environment such as adjacent roads or buildtings,shallow burial depth and poor geological surounding rock conditions.Scientific and reasonable excavation methods can effectively reduce the construction period and reduce the project cost while ensuring theconstruction safety. During the constuction process,real-time monitoring of arch crown settlement, peripheral displacement, intermal andexternal forces of the arch frame,suroundig rock pressure,and support stress is conducted through monitoring and measurement, whicheffectively proves the feasibity of the excavation method. The sucessful application of this method not only makes the tunnel excavationrun smoothly 20 days ahead of the original plan, but also saves the project cost of about 1 million yuan, which has high reference value forsimilar tunnel excavation and construction.
