摘要:本文以实际工程为例,对高原隧道衬砌混凝土养护设备进行了研究,并设计了一种专用设备——隧道衬砌智能养护台车，详细阐述了设备组成和工艺流程,总结了关键技术要点.该设备满足混凝土养护对温度和湿度的要求,并实现对养护区域内温湿度的智能控制。由于混凝土后期强度和耐久性与养护效果密切相关,养护设备的投入使用,可显著提高隧道衬砌的质量。
Abstract:'Taking the actual project as an example, this paper studies the maintenance equipment of concrete liing of plateau tunnel,and designs a special equipment-intelligent maintenance truck for tunnel liming.The composition and process flow of the equipment aredescribed in detail, and the key technical points are summarized. The equipment meels the requirements of temperature and humidity forconcrete curing, and realizes the intelligent control of temperature and humidity in the curing area. Since the strength and durability ofconcrele in the later stage are closely related to the curing effect, the maintenance equipment can significantly improve the quality of tunnellining.
