摘要:本课题通过分析矿用D级链条产品与常用C级链条的差异性及现状技术,研究一种矿用高强度D级链条关键技术及生产制造工艺方法,使用该方法可以开发相对矿用C级链条质量等级更高的D级链条,用于对矿用链条强度和耐磨性更高的采煤工况。本课题是通过使用常规23MnNiMoCr54优质合金钢,采用材料直径设计选用、关键制链和热处理工艺方法的控制,提高矿用链条抗拉强度和耐磨性,经验证产出链条达到并超出国家标准D级链条性能指标,具有制造工艺简单、质量稳定且可靠,实现性能提升,生产成本低和效率高等优点。
Abstract: This project analyzes the differences and current technology between mining D-grade chain products and commonly used C-grade chains, and studies a key technology and production process method for high-strength D-grade chains used in mining. By using thismethod, D-grade chains with higher quality grades compared to miming C-grade chains can be developed for coal mining conditions withhigher strength and wear resistance of mining chains. This project aims to improve the tensile strength and wear resistance of mining chainsby using conventional 23MnNiMoCr54 high-quality alloy steel, using material diameter design and selection, key chain making. and heattreatment process control. After verification, the produced chain meels and exceeds the national standard D-level chain performance index.lt has the advantages of simple manufacturing process, stable and reliable quality,improved perfomance, low production cost, and highefficiency.
