Research on Intelligent Cowshed Environmental Monitoring System Based on S7-200SMART PLC

摘要:随着规模化养殖业的发展，传统的牛舍环境对奶牛生产性能产生不利影响。本文研制出一套基于西门子S7-20SMARTPLC的智慧牛舍环境监测系统。该系统能够自动采集和分析牛舍内的温度、湿度、有害气体浓度等参数,并与上位机触摸屏相结合,实时监控牛舍内的环境状况,还可以完成历对史数据的保存、分析和处理,为奶牛养殖、产奶量统计等信息提供分析依据,使牛舍环境的管理更加科学、规范、有效,提高了营运效率。
Abstract: With the development of large-scale breeding industry, the traditfional barn environment has a negative impact on theproduction performance of dairy cows. In this paper, a set of intelligent cowshed environmental monitoring system based on Siemens S7-200SMART PLC is developed. The system can automatically collect and analyze the parameters such as temperature, humidity and harmful gasconcentration in the cowshed, and combine wih the touch screen of the host computer to monitor the environmental conditions in thecowshed in real time. It can also complete the preservation, analysis and processing of historical data, providle analysis basis for informationsuch as dairy farming and milk production statistics, make the management of the cowshed environment more scientific,standardized andeffective,and improve the operating efficiency.
