Optimization of Facility Layout in A Company's Sound Source Workshop Based on IE Comprehensive Method

摘要:针对 A 公司音源生产车间的设施布局存在的空间利用率不高、物料流动路径混杂、物料摆放凌乱、整洁度不高而影响生产效率的现状,本文运用鱼骨图法对生产车间设施布置现状进行调研分析,总结出存在的问题。然后综合运用 SLP 法、5W1H 分析法、5S现场管理思想对车间布局进行优化,最终取得了显著的效果,为企业带来了一定的经济效益。
Abstract: In response to the current situation of low space utilization, mixed material flow paths, disorderly material placement, and low cleanliness in the facility layout of Company A's audio production workshop, which affects production efficiency, this article uses the fishbone diagram method to investigate and analyze the current situation of facility layout in the production workshop, and summarizes the existing problems. Then, the SLP method, 5W1H analysis method, and 5S on-site management concept were comprehensively applied to optimize the workshop layout, and significant results were ultimately achieved, bringing certain economic benefits to the enterprise.
