摘要:本文旨在解决商品软包装和不规则物体的体积非接触智能测量问题,通过对体积测量原理和结构特点等方面的研究分析,基于三维扫描技术和点云体积算法,搭建了由机械臂、3D 结构光相机、扫描仪和吊装支架构成的自动化体积测量系统,该系统可实现商品软包装和不规则物体体积的高精度测量,同时具备商品过度包装智能化识别的功能,可为定量商品包装检测人员提供高效便捷的检测手段,并在商品软包装和不规则物体的体积测量工作方面有效提升效率,为商品检测和综合管理提供数据支撑与决策建议。
Abstract: This article aims to solve the problem of non-contact intelligent measurement of volume for flexible packaging and irregular objects. Through research and analysis of volume measurement principles and structural characteristics, based on 3D scanning technology and point cloud volume algorithm, an automated volume measurement system consisting of a robotic arm, 3D structured light machine, scanner, and lifting bracket is constructed. This system can achieve high -precision measurement of volume for flexible packaging and irregular objects. At the same time, it has the function of intelligent recognition of excessive packaging of goods, which can provide efficient and convenient detection methods for quantitative product packaging inspection personnel, and effectively improve efficiency in measuring the volume of soft packaging and irregular objects of goods, providing data support and decision-making suggestions for product inspection and comprehensive management.
