摘要：随着科技水平的提升，建筑信息技术手段也得到了进一步更新，在这样的情况下，建筑行业就迎来了更多的发展机会，为了增强工程造价管控效果，企业就要将 BIM 技术合理应用其中，学会借助先进技术实现工程造价全周期动态管控目标。文章阐述了BIM 技术应用于工程造价管控中的优势，然后提出各阶段的造价管控方法，最后结合实际案例探究了 BIM 技术在工程造价管控中的应用效果。
Abstract: With the improvement of technological level, the means of building information technology have also been further updated. In this situation, the construction industry has ushered in more development opportunities. In order to enhance the effectiveness of engineering cost control, enterprises need to apply BIM technology reasonably and learn to use advanced technology to achieve the goal of dynamic control of engineering cost throughout the entire cycle. The article elaborates on the advantages of applying BIM technology in engineering cost control, proposes cost control methods for each stage, and finally explores the application effect of BIM technology in engineering cost control through practical cases.
