摘要:本论文从工程造价及经济角度出发,结合集美新城软件园三期高压电力架空线路缆化一期工程项目(后文简称集美新城项目),深入探讨不同结构形式的主体工程、基坑工程等对综合管廊工程造价的影响及优化建议,根据工程项目的具体需求和条件,选择合适的地下综合管廊方案,能够有效降低工程造价并提高项目的经济效益。
Abstract: This paper starts from the perspective of engineering cost and economy, and combines the Jimei New City Software Park Phase III High Voltage Power Overhead Line Cabling Phase I Project (hereinafter referred to as Jimei New City Project) to deeply explore the impact of different structural forms of main works, foundation pit works, etc. on the cost of comprehensive pipe gallery engineering and optimization suggestions. Based on the specific needs and conditions of the engineering project, a suitable underground comprehensive pipe gallery scheme is selected, which can effectively reduce the engineering cost and improve the economic benefits of the project.
