Analysis and Evaluation of the Risk of Dam Failure of Zhaojin Beijiang Tailing Ponds

摘要:为了研究尾矿库工程溃坝对周围地表建构筑的影响,本文以托里县招金北疆矿业有限公司尾矿库为研究对象,建立尾矿库溃坝影响的数值分析模型,模拟溃坝后尾砂流动过程,计算不同时刻尾砂的分布范围,分析尾矿库溃坝对周围环境造成的影响,研究结果表明:由于库区地形总体西北高、东南低且地势较为平坦,因此,尾矿库溃坝后尾砂具有向南下泄的趋势,距离坝址近的地方淹没深度高、尾砂淤积较多;整体溃坝时,尾砂总倾泻体积为 183370m3,尾砂向南最大滑动位移量为 1094.7m,最终倾泻至南侧建筑物的尾砂体积为 1116m3,南侧建筑物附近的尾砂堆积平均深度约为 0.11m,尾砂覆盖范围距建筑物约为 20m,在模拟假设工况条件下,不会对地表建筑物的安全及正常使用产生影响。
Abstract: In order to study the impact of tailings pond dam failure on the surrounding surface structures, this paper takes the tailings pond of Tuoli Zhaojin Beijiang Mining Co., Ltd. as the research object, establishes the numerical analysis model of the impact of tailings pond dam failure, simulates the tailings sand flow process after the dam failure, calculates the distribution range of the tailings sand at different moments, and analyzes the impact of the tailings pond dam failure on the surrounding environment. The results of the study show that because the topography of the reservoir area is generally high in the northwest and low in the southeast and the terrain is relatively flat, the tailings have a tendency to drain to the south after the tailings pond breaks down, and the inundation depth is high and the tailings are more silted up in the places close to the dam site. When the dam breaks down as a whole, the total volume of tailings poured out is 183,370m3, the maximum sliding displacement of tailings to the south is 1094.7m, the volume of tailings poured into the south side of the building is 1,116m3. The average depth of the pile is about 0.11m, and the coverage of the tailings is about 20m from the building, which will not affect the safety and normal use of the surface building under the simulated hypothetical working conditions.
