Application of FMEA Failure Mode and Effects Analysis in Green Maintenance of Highways

摘要:FMEA 失效模式及影响分析为质量、安全风险的管理提供了有效的方法策略,是一种可量化、高效的风险管理模型。绿色公路养护蕴含了对公路养护质量、安全、生态环保的要求,本文应用 FMEA 模式建立公路绿色养护的风险评价标准及评价流程,将工程质量、安全、生态环保风险一体化控制,建立基于全生命周期的风险分级管控和持续改进机制,为开展公路绿色养护管理和创建平安品质公路提供可借鉴的模型,获得更为高效的结果。
Abstract: The FMEA failure mode and effects analysis provides an effective method and strategy for the management of quality and safety risks, and it is a quantifiable and efficient risk management model. The green highway maintenance contains requirements for the quality, safety, and ecological protection of highway maintenance. This article applies the FMEA model to establish risk assessment standards and evaluation processes for green maintenance of highways, integrating the control of engineering quality, safety, and ecological environmental risks. It establishes a risk grading control and continuous improvement mechanism based on the entire life cycle, so as to provide a referential model for the development of highway green maintenance management and the creation of safe and quality highways, and obtain more efficient results.
