摘要:研究探讨智能控制技术在幕墙机器人装置中的应用与挑战,通过分析单目图像边界识别方法和幕墙机器人作业控制策略,研究发现智能控制技术能显著提升幕墙清洗效率和安全性。研究采用计算机视觉算法和多传感器融合技术,构建了幕墙机器人的智能控制模型。结果表明,该模型能有效识别幕墙边界,实现精准导航和障碍物避让,但复杂环境下的系统稳定性和实时决策能力仍需进一步优化。
Abstract: This paper explores the application and challenges of intelligent control technology in curtain wall robot devices. By analyzing the monocular image boundary recognition methods and the curtain wall robot operation control strategies, it is found that the intelligent control technology can significantly improve the efficiency and safety of curtain wall cleaning. The study utilized computer vision algorithms and multi-sensor fusion technology to construct an intelligent control model of the curtain wall robots. The results indicate that the model can identify the boundary of the curtain wall effectively, achieve precise navigation and obstacle avoidance. But the system stability and real-time decision-making ability in complex environments still need further optimization.
